Ruby’s Annual Birthday and Theatre Awards

 
Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak in Sydney, the date for our RABTA event
will need to be rescheduled (again).

Yes, it’s almost that time of year again!
A formal gala evening will be held to celebrate Ruby Productions 10th Anniversary. In conjunction with this we will hold our annual awards ceremony.
This event and show package offers lots of entertainment and will showcase Ruby Productions 2019 season.
Your MCs for the evening are Krystie Grubba & Tim Ressos.

Although we already have 50 seats sold, COVID restrictions have eased, allowing us to increase to the 90 seats. We can now offer extra seating to those who missed out purchasing a ticket at the cost of $30 - but you will need to book asap! 
 
Round tables with 8 chairs. A bar is also available in the room. 
Also on offer is a 2 course meal at the price of $47 per person. 
Menu: Premium Menu - Meals are served alternately.  
MAIN: Grilled Sirloin Steak millefeuille vegetable, kilfler potato and port wine jus Pan Fried Barramundi Fillet warm potato salad with olive and pepper dew, salsa verde Grilled Chicken Breast on bed of pea pilaf and masala sauce, Roasted Leg of Pork mashed potato and seasonal vegetables, Oyster Mushroom Risotto with dried tomato oil and Parmesan cheese.

DESSERT: Vanilla Crème Brulee with mixed berries compote Coffee Tiramisu with Bailey fudge & crème fraiche, Caramel New York Cheesecake with pickle cherries, Apple & Blueberry Crumble with vanilla anglaise, Lemon Meringue Pie with candied orange, Pavlova with poached strawberries & passion fruit coulis, Freshly brewed tea and coffee.
Be aware: Those who order meals will be seated separately to those who do not.
