IN OUR SEARCH FOR A SINGING STAR?
Join us on February 3rd & 10th at the John Lees Centre in the quest for the 2018 SINGING STAR SEARCH WINNER!!
Contestants will venture from all over Sydney to audition on the 27th of January in the hope of securing a golden ticket to get them through to the semi-finals which will have them performing live in front of an audience on February 3rd at the John Lees Centre in Penrith. Only 15 will be selected to perform out of the auditions.
With $1500 in trophies and cash prizes up for grabs in the Grand Final, they will be judged by 5 guest judges with the top 8 highest scoring contestants moving through to the GRAND FINAL which will be held on February 10th at the John Lees Centre.
Contestants will be judged not only on vocal ability, but also on audience reaction, entertainment value, showmanship and costume, etc.
Guest judges include Michael El-Bacha, Gail Waizer, Leonie McClure, Josephine Dwyer and Burney Wong who will certainly have their work cut out for them. They will individually score the contestants and then the scores will be added to find the top performers on both nights.
The night will be hosted by Nathan Large and Justin Boerst and promises to be an action-packed evening full of excitement and fantastic vocal performances.
